Inking Everything Weekly Challenge

Every week our Inking Everything group (Becky Roberts' down line) is given either a color challenge or a layout challenge. This week was a layout challenge. This is my card using the Perfect Pennants stamp set and the new Neutrals DSP Stack which now has gold and silver included.
